Peter Franck is a German artist who is associated with a Nifty Gateway drop called "Heartbreak." As part of this drop, Franck released an open edition artwork called "Taste."
The artwork was made available on July 4 at 6 p.m. ET on the Nifty Gateway platform. The purpose of the "Taste" edition was to serve as a claimable companion piece to the Heartbreak drop.
It was offered for free to individuals who held all three works from the Heartbreak drop for a limited period of 48 hours.
Trilogy Blue Edition
Trilogy NFT is a concept Web3 art curation platform that has released a series of open edition NFTs. On July 5 at 3 p.m. ET, Trilogy NFT launched the Blue Edition series on the Nifty Gateway platform.
This series is the third release from Trilogy NFT, following the Red and Orange editions.
The Blue Edition includes artworks from artists Alex V0da, Bagen Blagen, and Gordon Zuchhold. Additionally, there is a collaborative commemorative piece as part of the series. The open editions mean that multiple copies of these NFT artworks were made available for purchase, allowing a wider audience to own them.
Ether
Viii and CV are individuals associated with the Ether project, an anime-themed PFP (Profile Picture) project. They announced the release of 5,555 PFP NFTs on July 9 at 11 a.m. ET. The NFTs were made available for purchase on the Ether.site platform.
Ether is a project that aims to combine fashion, innovation, and storytelling within the anime theme. It was inspired by the popular Azuki project and was conceived by members of SpiritDAO. Initially, the project planned to have a token supply of 10,000. However, on July 2, the team made an announcement stating that the supply would be reduced to 5,555 due to current market conditions and sentiment.
Platonic Solids
Anthony James, a British-born artist based in Los Angeles, has collaborated with the Gallery of Digital Assets (GODA) to release a collection of 1/1 animated NFTs. The collection was launched on July 7 at 3 p.m. ET and was available on TheGODA.io platform.
The purpose of this collection is to explore and re-examine the five sacred geometries known as the Platonic solids: the tetrahedron, cube, octahedron, icosahedron, and dodecahedron. Instead of presenting them in traditional sculptural forms, Anthony James has chosen to showcase them as animated and gamified NFTs. This unique approach adds a dynamic and interactive element to the artistic representation of these geometries.
